In acting as Support Advisor we will be responsible for:
- Preparing accounts and normalised profit reports
- Preparing all due diligence information
- Ensuring all relevant taxation issues are managed effectively
- Attending meetings and assisting in addressing accounting and tax queries and providing comfort to the buyer
- Restructuring the business & reviewing its operations to optimise the sale value or assist in the sale process
- Preparation of an Information Memorandum
